If you turn on the "Allow Contacts Only" setting, all incoming calls from contacts which are not saved in your Contacts list will be blocked.
The blocked call log will not be saved.

Note: In order to receive a call from a contact for the first time, turn off the "Allow Contacts Only" setting or save the contact beforehand.
